Privacy Policy and
Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the

Reports are generated by automated systems applying classical Vedic astrology techniques to birth details you supply. Reports are provided for self-reflection and entertainment only. Reports are not:
Astrological interpretations are not scientifically validated. You are solely responsible for any decision you make in reliance on a Report.
Access to certain features requires an account. We authenticate you via a magic-link email; we do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping your email inbox secure. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [TBD — pending legal review]; on termination, your data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed exclusively by Razorpay, a licensed Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details; we receive only transaction metadata (order identifier, payment identifier, status, amount). Prices for Reports are shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
You will not:
You retain ownership of the birth details you submit. We retain ownership of the Service, the underlying engine, the classical rule library, and the layout and styling of Reports. When a Report is generated for you, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to view, download, and print that Report for your personal, non-commercial use.
Newsletter authors retain ownership of the text of their Newsletters and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, distribute, and promote that content on the Service and via email to subscribers, for the duration of publication and a reasonable archival period thereafter.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Service and, if you have an account, requesting deletion at [TBD — pending legal review]. We may terminate or suspend your access with or without notice for breach of these Terms or for any lawful business reason. On termination, your data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR [TBD — pending legal review]. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and where applicable the laws of the State of [TBD — pending legal review], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, if not resolved by good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, failing which by the [TBD — pending legal review] arbitration centre nominated in consultation with counsel. The seat of arbitration shall be [TBD — pending legal review], India, and the language shall be English. This clause shall not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users and by a notice on the Service at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
